We don't do the per-user-per-month trap. MAFLO is cloud-based with mobility and analytics included — you pay for the modules you switch on, a one-time setup, and a 20% annual maintenance charge that keeps the platform evergreen. Indicative 5-year TCO for a 50-person factory: ~₹13.5L.
One-time setup, plus 20% annual maintenance. That's it. All 22 modules are mapped to a tier below — pick the bundle that matches where you are today, and see the 5-year cost against every other option below.
8-week pilot · 5 modules · up to 10 users. If you don't convert, you keep the data export. If you do, the ₹60K credits against Starter.
Each tier inherits every module from the tiers above it. The matrix is the source of truth.

For a 50-person factory needing MRP + multi-depot. Pricing verified Jun 2026. The wedge is the same one Indian buyers keep paying for: per-user, per-dealer, or per-change.

| MAFLO — Growth | One-time + 20% AMC | ₹8.1 L | 14 of 22 modules — MRP + Scheduler + multi-depot + MES |
| MAFLO — Channel | One-time + 20% AMC | ₹13.5 L | 21 of 22 modules — adds Channel + Loyalty + ECO + NC |
| Tally Prime Server + MES bolt-on | Lifetime + custom MES | ~₹17-20 L | Books only; MES is a separate integration ⚠ Two systems, two vendors, no single trace |
| ERPNext (partner-led) | Free licence + partner impl + AMC | ₹16-25 L | Strong breadth; needs partner for changes ⚠ ₹50K–₹10L per customisation, ₹3-5L/yr partner retainer |
| Odoo Enterprise | ₹890 / user / month | ₹31-37 L | Strong breadth; weak India channel ⚠ Per-user bill grows as you add dealers / operators |
| Zoho One | ₹1,500 / employee / month | ₹45-53 L | 45+ apps; weak shop-floor MES ⚠ You pay for every employee, not just the ones using it |
| SAP Business One | ₹1.6 L / user one-time + AMC | ₹100-145 L | Multi-currency / multi-entity ready ⚠ Different segment — right answer when you have an export arm |

No. MAFLO's core is a cloud product, not a from-scratch build — the workflows, screens and reports already exist. We configure them to your masters in 4–8 weeks. You see your own data running by week 5; you go live by week 8. No 6-month "discovery."
The handheld view is one screen. Pick a Param Type, scan the coil, enter the reading. That's it. We've trained operators with 8th-standard education in two sessions. The dashboard pressure does the rest — when leadership stops asking "what did we produce", supervisors stop guessing.
No — MAFLO runs your operations, Tally runs your books. We push sales invoices and GRNs to Tally so your accountant's life stays the same. You stop double-entering, your books and your operations finally agree.
You're the right size. The pain is real, the team is small enough to adopt a new system, and the leakages are still recoverable. Most of our customers are in your range. We do not target ₹500 Cr factories with 50-person IT teams.
Tally was built for accounting. Zoho was built for breadth. ERPNext was built to be modified by developers. MAFLO was built by an Indian team for Indian manufacturing — with a real MRP, shop-floor scanning, multi-depot stock, and a dealer + loyalty layer all on one platform. No stitching three products together.
Your data is hosted on Indian data centres (AWS Mumbai or Azure India). We're ISO 27001 certified. Your contract includes a Data Processing Agreement. On-premise deployment is available for our Enterprise customers.
Yes. Most owners start with Orders + Production + Quality + Dispatch — that alone changes the business. Add the Planner (MRP) when your scale demands it. Add the dealer / loyalty layer when you're ready to grow the channel. Same data spine throughout — nothing to migrate.
A one-time setup that depends on scope (typically ₹1.8–7.5L for the core spine), plus 20% annual maintenance that covers hosting, upgrades and L1/L2 support. No per-user-per-month bills. Your dealer network can have 500 logins for the same cost as 50. See the pricing section for indicative numbers.
Live. Today. Partners (distributors / dealers), secondary sales, schemes, dealer orders, contractor members (Carpenter / Electrician / Mason / Painter / Plumber), QR loyalty codes, wallet ledger and UPI payouts — all shipping in the production product. You can see real partners, real schemes and real payouts running on the demo at app.maflo.io.
MAFLO has a dedicated Engineering Change Orders module — change requests flow Draft → Impact → CCB → Effective with full ISO 9001 §8.5.6 compliance built in. Every ECO is owner-stamped, linked to the product or process being changed, and auditable forever. Same audit trail your TS 16949 / IATF auditor expects.
Yes. MAFLO runs on industry templates — GENERAL discrete, PROCESS batch chemistry, TEXTILE, WIRE — each with the right item attributes, BOM structure, QC parameters and barcode format. Process manufacturers get batch density, lot + expiry, UOM L/kg, QC sample per batch out of the box. Textile gets denier/count/blend/shade. You pick the vertical at setup; the spine stays the same.
Both. Purchase covers Suppliers, RFQs (multi-vendor sourcing → quoted → awarded → PO), Purchase Requirements from MRP, Vendor Invoices and Purchase Orders. The RFQ workflow handles everything from raising the request through to converting the awarded vendor into a PO automatically.
Yes. MAFLO's Scheduler is a finite-capacity APS with Capable-to-Promise (CTP). You pick the order, the Scheduler checks live capacity across work-centres (SMT, Assembly, Testing & QC, Packaging — whatever you configure), considers the planning fence and priority tiers (Critical / High / Medium / Low), and promises a date the schedule actually supports. You can drag jobs on the Gantt board to reschedule; capacity-load colours update live (under-loaded / balanced / near capacity / overloaded). Run schedule, auto-level, promise — three buttons that replace your Excel planner.
MRP tells you "what to make and what to buy." Planning + Scheduling tells you "when to make it, on which line, in what sequence." MAFLO ships all three: MRP Workbench (exception-first, with FG → SFG → RM pegging), Planner Tool (period planning with 12+ views — Board, MRP, Orders, RM Summary, Simulation, Capacity, Calendar, Capacity Load, Alerts, Targets, Forecast, Scenarios, Sequencing), and finite-capacity Scheduler with CTP. "Suggest from low stock" and "Suggest from customer orders" buttons mean the planner doesn't start from a blank screen.
Yes. MAFLO has a low-code platform layer built in. Workflow Templates let you define your own states and transitions per scope (orders, job cards, dispatch, GRN, POs) — the server validates the FSM shape on save. Master Templates are dynamic form schemas — add a custom field to Customers / Products / BOMs / Job Cards / Machines without touching code. Industry Templates let you bind a tenant to a vertical (GENERAL / PROCESS / TEXTILE / WIRE — or your own) and change the underlying config. Client Config keys flip behaviour per tenant. Your team owns the changes; the product upgrade path stays clean because customisations live in config, not in forked code.
It started that way. With Workflow Templates, Master Templates, Industry Templates, and Client Config keys, it's more accurate to call MAFLO a manufacturing operations platform — packaged ERP modules on top of a low-code customisation layer. The distinction matters: ERP comparisons against Tally / Zoho / ERPNext miss the customisation depth that determines whether the system actually fits your business in year 2 or year 5.
