2. What we collect

From this website, we collect only what you give us in contact and demo forms — name, email, phone, company, role, and any free-text message — together with basic technical data (IP, user-agent, page path) that we use to defend against abuse. We do not buy data. We do not sell data.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to qualify if MAFLO fits your operations, to schedule a demo, and to keep our records compliant under Indian tax and corporate law. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in.

4. Where we store it

Lead and customer data sits on Indian data-centre infrastructure (AWS Mumbai or Azure India by region). Operational logs go to our ISO 27001-certified monitoring stack. We share data with sub-processors only as needed (e.g. SMS/Email vendors); the list is available on request.

5. Your rights (DPDP, 2023)

You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to sales@proeffico.ai with “Data request” in the subject and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a minimal first-party cookie set, plus Google reCAPTCHA v3 for bot defence and analytics tags (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight) when configured. Block them in your browser if preferred — the site still works.

7. Updates
