Last-50 sample comparison

Does MAFLO support multi-grade conductor tracking (Cu vs Al, different gauges)?

Yes. Master Items in MAFLO store grade, gauge, conductor type and customer-specific code mapping. Every job card explicitly references the grade; consumption against BOM checks the grade pulled from the store against the grade required for the order.

Can MAFLO handle our last-50 SPC comparison on the handheld?

Yes. The handheld QC view shows the current reading next to the running mean of the last 50 OK samples for that parameter, customer and machine. Drift triggers a yellow flag; off-spec triggers an auto-incident.

How does coil meterage reconciliation work with our dealer ledger?

When the 2026 Channel layer is live, the dealer scans each coil on arrival; the meterage from your dispatch record and the dealer scan are joined automatically. Discrepancies open a ticket; both sides see the same numbers in the dealer app.
