Batch + press + decor + grade

Every laminate sheet carries a batch number that ties to the press cycle, the decor (pattern code), the core grade and the resin lot. MAFLO's master configuration captures all four; QC and dispatch records reference them.

Surface QC against visual standard

Surface defects (pin holes, scratches, decor mismatch) recorded as binary checkpoints on the handheld. Defective sheets routed to the second-grade bin; first-grade sheets allocated to the order.

Multi-depot fulfilment

You probably operate from 3–5 depots covering different states. MAFLO's multi-depot inventory shows Physical / Reserved / Available by depot — the dealer order routes to the nearest depot with available stock automatically.

IS marking & CoC reports

IS 2046 / IS 1328 mark, ISI license, batch certificate of conformity — MAFLO generates the CoC against the dispatch record so it arrives at the dealer with the carton.

Can MAFLO track decor (pattern code) and core grade separately?

Yes. Master Items in MAFLO capture decor code, core grade and resin lot as separate attributes. A batch combines them and prints them on the sheet sticker. The dealer-side CoC pulls these directly from the dispatch record.

How does MAFLO help us route dealer orders to the right depot?

Multi-depot inventory with Physical / Reserved / Available by depot. When a dealer places an order, MAFLO suggests the nearest depot with available stock (or splits the order across depots). Order confirmation goes to the dealer with the dispatching depot named.

Can we close the loop between surface QC at the line and customer complaints?

Yes. A returned sheet's barcode lookup returns the press cycle, the decor batch, the surface QC reading at the line and the operator. The incident pre-populates with these so engineering investigates with full context.
