These terms govern your use of this website and any demo, trial or proposal materials we share through it. Paid use of the MAFLO product is governed by a separate Subscription Agreement or Order Form between Proeffico Solutions Pvt Ltd and the customer entity.

2. Permitted use

You may browse, read, and download our public materials for personal evaluation and internal-business purposes. Don't copy, scrape, mirror, or republish this site or its assets without written permission. Don't reverse-engineer the demo product.

3. Demo data

Screenshots and demo data shown on this website are from internal test workspaces or anonymised customer data; nothing here is a representation of any specific customer's actual data.

4. Pricing

Indicative prices are exactly that — indicative. Final pricing is set in the Proposal and Order Form and supersedes anything on this site.

5. No warranty on marketing claims

Performance, capability, and ROI references on this site are illustrative. Concrete commitments only become contractual when reflected in a signed Order Form or SOW.

6. Liability

Proeffico Solutions Pvt Ltd disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Statutory rights under Indian law are not affected.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Noida / Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
