MAFLO — A Proeffico Product
2 pm · SeenCameras and barcodes make the floor visible from anywhere.

“Which machine has been idle since lunch, and who was on it?”

Most Indian factories run machines that cannot report themselves — 1990s presses, lathes and extruders with no PLC, no network port. Every OEE tool assumes the machine can talk. Yours can’t.

So downtime is reconstructed at the end of the shift, from memory. The register says the line ran. The dispatch count says it didn’t.

MAFLO’s vision layer puts a camera over the line. The camera counts what comes off it, sees when it stops, and sees who is standing at it. Nothing wired.

The screen that ends it

Per-conveyor count, running vs down — from a camera

  • ·Per-conveyor count of rotors and stators, live, from the camera feed
  • ·UP / DOWN per conveyor with total downtime accumulated per shift
  • ·Facial recognition on the line: who was on the machine, when
  • ·Every count and every stop is a record — pushed to the same dashboard as job cards

Proof, not promises

What the camera layer shows.

Illustration: three conveyors counted from one camera — count, running vs down, downtime accumulating when a line stops. No PLC.
Illustration: camera view of a stator line with the operator identified as EMP 726
Illustration: the employee at the machine, identified by ID. Running at a MAFLO customer in Noida; customer footage is not published.

Questions owners ask
Do I need a PLC or sensors on the machine for this?
No. The vision layer works from a camera over the line. It counts output as it passes, flags when the conveyor stops, and identifies the person at the machine. It is built for machines that have no PLC and no network port.
Which cameras does it work with?
Standard IP CCTV cameras. If you already have cameras on the floor, they are usually enough. The vision engine is VIZO361 by Proeffico, the same engine deployed for surveillance analytics at other Indian plants.
Is the person-on-machine tracking live today?
Yes. Facial recognition on the line and camera-based output counting per conveyor are running at a MAFLO customer in Noida. We illustrate rather than publish customer footage.
What about privacy for our workers?
Recognition runs on employee IDs already in your HR master, on-premise or in your own cloud. Faces are not shared outside the plant. Proeffico is ISO 27001 certified and DPDP-ready; we will walk through the consent and retention set-up with you.

Share five SKUs and a sample order from your business. We'll set up MAFLO on a sandbox with your data and show you — on a call — how the leakages show up, how the floor reports up, how the customer sees the dispatch. Then you decide.
