7 am · AccountableEvery deviation becomes a ticket with an owner, a CAPA and a closure date.
“Did anyone actually do the machine inspection, or just sign the register?”
The inspection register is signed every morning. The parameters still drift, because nobody is reading what was written, and a signature is not a measurement.
By the time the drift shows up, it shows up as product quality. The customer finds it before you do.
That was the GK Enterprises story before MAFLO: machine inspections not running on time, machine parameters drifting, and no one monitoring it regularly.

Machine Inspection Dashboard
- ·Inspections due today, by machine and by checkpoint — with who is assigned
- ·Each check is a reading against a spec, entered on the phone, with a photo
- ·A failed reading raises a nonconformance on the spot, with an owner and a date
- ·Closure % and pass rate per machine, so a machine that keeps failing stands out

Questions owners ask
- Can operators do machine inspections on a phone?
- Yes. MAFLO runs machine inspections on any Android phone. The operator sees the checkpoint list for that machine, enters each reading against its spec, attaches a photo, and submits. No paper, no desktop.
- What happens when an inspection reading fails?
- A failed reading raises a nonconformance (NC) automatically, linked to the machine and the checkpoint. The NC gets an owner, a severity and a closure date, and shows on the Machine Inspection Dashboard until it is closed.
- Does this help with ZED or ISO audits?
- Inspection records, NCs and CAPA live in one register with timestamps and photos, which is the documented-quality-system evidence ZED Silver and ISO 9001 auditors ask for. Confirm scope with your certifying body.
