“Is the job card even started? Do we have the raw material for it?”
At 11 am the owner calls the floor: is the job card started? The supervisor calls the store: is the RM there? The store calls purchase. Three calls, no answer.
Sales does not know what is in production. Production does not know what material is available. Purchase does not know what is needed. Each one keeps their own register, so the numbers drift apart by design.
At GK Enterprises, order → quotation → job card → RM mapping → barcode → carton → dispatch was seven separate manual steps. Now it is one chain.
Job Cards with RM mapping
- ·Every job card shows its status and the RM mapped to it, on the phone
- ·Reserved vs Physical vs Available stock, by item, by depot — so "is it there?" has one answer
- ·Barcodes are generated from the job card, so what was made is what was planned
- ·Sales sees RM availability before promising a date

What the camera layer shows.

From order to dispatch, one chain: job card, RM per job card, barcode, carton, scan-out.

Other moments in the day
- How does MAFLO map raw material to a job card?
- The job card is created from the order with the BOM. MAFLO reserves the RM against it, so the stock screen shows Reserved vs Physical vs Available. If the line will be short, it is visible before the shift starts, not during it.
- Can my sales team see whether RM is available before promising a date?
- Yes. FG availability and RM availability are on the same screen sales uses for orders, so a promise is checked against stock and capacity, not against memory.
- Do we need to replace Tally?
- No. MAFLO runs the factory; Tally keeps the books. Sales invoices and GRNs flow into Tally so your accountant’s work does not change.

Share five SKUs and a sample order from your business. We'll set up MAFLO on a sandbox with your data and show you — on a call — how the leakages show up, how the floor reports up, how the customer sees the dispatch. Then you decide.
