Channel FAQ

We already pay a third-party loyalty platform 6-8% of payouts. What changes with MAFLO?

MAFLO's wallet pays UPI direct from your bank, against the same QR + redemption trail. Third-party fees go to zero. The QR codes are generated from MAFLO (one-time, batch-tagged) so the fraud surface — duplicate scans, recycled QRs — disappears too.

How do we onboard 500 dealers without a six-month rollout?

Dealer onboarding is bulk-import from your existing master list (CSV / Excel). Each dealer gets a login; the mobile app is web-based, no install required. The QR rollout staggers by SKU/depot — start with 20 dealers and one product family, scale weekly.

Will the channel module talk to my existing CRM?

Yes via REST. ZIVUX (Proeffico's CRM) integrates natively; HubSpot, Zoho CRM and Salesforce supported via push connectors. The partner master and order pipeline can mirror in either direction.
