MAFLO — A Proeffico Product
Quality that holds

Off-spec stops on your floor — not at your customer.

MAFLO\'s Quality stack catches deviations on the handheld, raises NCs automatically, and keeps Engineering Change Orders auditable forever. Your TS 16949 / IATF auditor sees the same trail your operators do.

What this catches

Stop bleeding margin on the things you can't see.

  • Off-spec coils slipping into FG because no one wanted to fail them
  • NCs raised in someone's notebook, never reported upward
  • Engineering changes deployed without approval — the line runs the old spec
  • Customer complaints that traced back to a known QC failure no one logged
  • Audit nightmares because change-control lived on email threads

Quality parameter library

Build your QC vocabulary once. Categories (Visual / Mechanical / Electrical / Dimensional) and types (Startup / Regular) drive every inspection screen.

  • Extensible parameter catalogue — add your own
  • Categories: Visual / Mechanical / Electrical / Dimensional
  • Types: Startup (first piece) / Regular
  • Reusable across every inspection workflow

Handheld + Process Inspections

Scan a barcode, the customer spec appears on screen, operator enters the reading. Out-of-range auto-raises an NC and routes the unit to rework.

  • Spec-on-screen comparison — operator can't miss the limit
  • Auto-raise NC + auto-incident on out-of-range
  • Process inspections separate from final QC — both auditable
  • Customer Process Sheet prints exactly the spec they signed

NC Register — disposition & closure

Every nonconformance carries Severity, Disposition (Scrap / Rework / Pending) and a closure workflow. Quarantine until closed; no quiet release.

  • Auto-raised from Process / Final Inspection failures
  • Severity (Minor / Major) and Disposition tracked end-to-end
  • Quarantine workflow with closure approvals
  • Linked to the QC barcode + incident ticket for full trace

Engineering Change Orders (ISO 9001 §8.5.6)

Change-request approvals flow Draft → Impact → CCB → Effective. Every ECO is owner-stamped, linked to the product / process / document being changed, and auditable forever.

  • FSM-validated state machine — no rogue transitions
  • Linked to product / process / document under change
  • Impact analysis required before CCB approval
  • Effective date is the only switch — no “partial rollout” ambiguity

Quality FAQ

My OEM customer audits ECOs. Will the trail satisfy them?

Yes. MAFLO's ECO module is built around ISO 9001 §8.5.6: every change has a Draft → Impact → CCB → Effective trail, owner-stamped, linked to product/process/document. The audit pack you generate is exactly what TS 16949 / IATF auditors expect.

Can we set different QC specs per customer for the same SKU?

Yes. The customer's spec is captured in the Customer Process Sheet — same SKU can carry different tolerance ranges per customer. The handheld picks the right spec based on the order the coil is allocated to.

How do customer complaints loop back into the system?

Customer complaints raise a ticket in the same workflow as machine complaints (open → assigned → done → closed). Each complaint is linked to the FG barcode (so you can trace back to the job card, operator, RM lot). CAPA captured per complaint, reported by recurrence.
