Machine inspections were not running on time. Machine parameters drifted, product quality slipped, and nobody was monitoring it regularly.
Order, quotation, job card, raw-material mapping per job card, barcode generation, carton mapping and dispatch were each a separate manual step, in a separate register.
One chain from order to dispatch. Every job card carries its RM mapping; barcodes are generated from the job card; storage and dispatch happen by scanning; cartons carry their own barcodes.
Machine inspections run on the phone, as readings against a spec, with a photo. A failed reading is a nonconformance with an owner.
Cameras over the stamping lines count rotors and stators per conveyor, show running vs down, and identify who is at the machine — no PLC, no wiring.
Increased productivity and consistency, in the MD’s words. We publish no percentages the customer has not put on record.
“We needed a software solution for one of our manufacturing processes, so we approached Proeffico and they delivered the project in time. Their staff has been very supportive throughout, and after implementing we have found that we have been able to increase our productivity and consistency. I would recommend to anybody who is looking for customised software solutions.”

Share five SKUs and a sample order from your business. We'll set up MAFLO on a sandbox with your data and show you — on a call — how the leakages show up, how the floor reports up, how the customer sees the dispatch. Then you decide.
